Tonight I am cooking up Augratin potatoes, with black beans on the side and mixed veggies. I will also make up some strawberry lemonade! The augratin is from a box, veggies frozen, beans in a can. I am going to squeeze the lemons and mix in some strawberries for the lemonade! Total dinner prep time: 25 minutes start to finish.

That sounds great! I have a great potato dish that my hubby slobers all over when I make it. I need to make that for him soon. I will share it on here soon.

Tonight I am thinking TLT's (tofu, lettuce, tomato) or stirfry, or mexican. I will see when I get to cooking.
