Howdy, y'all!
I'm venturing into new territory because I'm not a vegetarian. I'm not, actually, even close to being a vegetarian because I like meat too much.

However, I'm looking for some advice on actual vegetable dishes that I can feed to my family at meals. I'm pretty much stuck on corn, peas, and green beans, and I'd like to branch out into "fancier" fare for our side dishes.

Does anyone have a cookbook or website to reccommend?
Thanks!!!!

I just have a steamer/coliander that I use. I just slice the vegies into nice bite sized pieces or a bit larger and lightly steam them. I use fresh veggies and my family loves them. I really don't have many other ideas as far as cooked veggies. If you lightly steam fresh veggies they retain their good flavor and texture.

Fresh veggies are good dipped in ranch dressing.

Green beans are good mixed into mushroom soup.

Cauliflower is good cooked with cheese on top.
