Tasiya doesn't start speech therapy until the 22nd and the waiting and not know what is wrong is killing me! I have been reading and with some kids it takes up to a year to get a diagnoses.

I KWYM. I always hated the time between my dd's evals and the time her therapies started.

We are here if you need us.

Waiting is such a pain!

Thursday the Family Coordinator is coming to our home to go over the speech reports and where exactly Evan needs the therapy. I can't wait. I will have a notebook ready to take notes!

I really like the idea of a notebook to take notes. You do get copies of the eval (make sure you ask, though) but it can be really hard to remember what was said when reviewing it and what the scores mean. I didn't have a notebook when we did our eval, and sometimes I wish I did.
