It turned out really well. I spoke to the therapist on the phone a few times this week and she came over today at 1 pm. We set out goals - wanting him to say "ing" words - such as walk-ing. Which he has already started doing. She also wants to work on asking/answering questions as well as words for himself such as me or Evan, Big & Little comparisions and speaking in more than one word sentences. So, his first appointment is next Wednesday at 11:15. Normally she will be coming over Wednesday's at 2:30. I am SO excited to get this started!
A few days before she came Evan started to say words ending in "ing" like "Getting Dressed" And I was SO proud! And then when she brought up that was an area he lacked and she wanted to address that I was able to say he had started! YAY!
