I absolutely love to build my own burgers! I start with a pound of ground beef and add whatever I want to it - garlic powder, diced onions and green peppers, dill seed, a bit of fresh ground black pepper, a dash of worchester sauce. The great thing about them is that there is so much flavor in them, you don't need to add a whole lot to them - just some toasted buns, maybe some cheese... They're pretty darn healthy, but so good.
