If you can come out of hidding, old members new members share your experiences here. We can all help each other by sharing stories about our kids hearing and speech impairments. If you have any ideas on how to make our boards moving post them here. I would like to see it moving again.

I've been doing a lot of traveling for work the past few weeks, which has left me not nearly as much time for JM as I would like, LOL! I find myself doing my Mod stuff, taking care of the board I host, and then I am plum out of time. I do hope to be posting more now that things have quieted down! I've got to run and take Danny to an OT appointment, but I'll swing in with an update from our latest mapping session later today.

I hear you we all get busy. My oldest just got over the chicken pox last week and my 4 yr old got it yesterday. He had the vacine for chicken pox so heads up they can still get it.

Yeah, my doctor said that the pox vaccine is less to prevent it and more just to help it be mild if they do catch it. I'm sorry it's going around your house!

I'm around, my toddler doesn't start speech therapy until Sept, and the SLP was here yesterday to assess the twins for swallowing-all is well!

I just jumped into this board. We are still in the diagnosis stage..... I am not sure what has been done on this board... but the games are always fun, like TPBM (the person below me) and stuff like that. I would love to hear about other peoples stories of their children who struggle with their hearing. I am still learning about all this myself.
