I'm so sorry! I never vomited, but had some really rough days where I gagged at everything. Those days the only thing that saved me was ice cubes. I froze lemon ginger tea into ice cubes. I'd then microwave them for a few seconds and smash them apart with a meat mallet. I don't like chewing on big pieces of ice, so that's why I smashed them up.

For some people, making sure they have something in their stomach at all times helps. Crackers seem to be a good choice, but anything dry like that was completely off limits for me.

I havent been sick *yet*, but everyone keeps telling me to have saltine crackers by my bed and before I even get up out of bed to chew a few crackers. A lot of people who have told me this are older, so I guess its wahts they did baack in the day. LoL i havent had to do that yet but wanted to share with you.

Also my friend who is pregnant now with me too only a week behind is already getting sick and she said that when shes feeling nauseas and she doesnt have saltines around that she been eating something salty. Like chips. They say that salty foods help with the nausea

I hope you feel better soon!!

I do eat saltines in the morning before i get out of bed. I usually throw those up too after i have a drink of water. The only thing that i can keep down right now is pasta with a little butter on it, but i feel weird about just eatting pasta. Thanks for the help ladies

If it's so bad that you can't keep anything down, you should probably see your doc for some Zofran. I never had morning sickness, but apparently it's a wonder drug, and you DO need to eat if you can.

You're early enough that eating just pasta with butter is fine. Eat what you can and if you can't eat, don't eat. As long as your weight isn't dropping you're fine. I was SO sick... I even threw up water. Seriously I felt like if I would breathe too much air I would throw up. Blech.. do not miss that.

You can try seabands and Preggy Pops... those made me sicker though.

I lived on saltines once I got through the early stage of m/s! (I had it just about my entire pregnancy)

Feel better!

I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost two pounds from last weeks. So I am starting to worry a little.

Call your OB and get some meds - there is no reason that you need to suffer that much, unless you really want to of course!
