35 weeks today! Doc wasn't too concerned about the pitting edema on my feet, because my BP is still ok, and there is no protein in my urine. Also I had some blood work done on Friday, and everything looks good. I'll continue to watch my swelling and BP though, just in case!

I had an internal check (first of all..oww!), since I've been having fairly regular & strong BH's (every 8-12 minutes or so). I'm not dilated (bummer) but soft - not sure what that means exactly. I'm thinking that I'll attempt walking in the next couple of days - I am so miserable that I am practically in tears on a daily basis! Here's hoping that I get to 36 weeks, but not past then!

The babies looked good on the ultrasound & NST, but I don't have any new measurements -- they're pretty big, so I'm guessing they're at least 5 pounds each now. They're still both head down, so we're planning for vag delivery if possible.

I love reading your updates because they show what I may be looking at in a few weeks. I'm glad your appointment went well and your BP is good despite the pitting edema.

Good luck! I had the edema too and didn't start with a mild case of pre-e until the very, very end. You should be fine. It's great you are far enough along now if it did start with the protein, you'd be fine to deliver. The walks should help. People say sex helps too, but if you are anything like me, that is the farthest from your mind when you are big and pregnant

Haha, yeah, absolutely no interest in that department unfortunately. Poor DH hasn't had any in months! Luckily he's paranoid about hurting something, so it has been a mutual thing. After having a manual exam (and feeling the pain...what's with that??), I doubt I'd even be able to do it...

That sounds like a great appointment. I felt pretty much the same as you did. It seemed the last two days of my pregnancy was particularly hard. Thats great that you will be able to deliver vaginally.

Ugh, still not a sure thing! I had an NST today, and little boy has flipped breech again! Seriously, I have NO IDEA how he continues to flip this late -- where the heck is he finding the space! I'm putting ice at the top of my belly as I type this... heehee.
