My twins have polar opposite personalities - Owen is the first to do everything, very impatient and not the best sleeper while Rhys is content to watch the world go by, and could sleep forever - they were the same way in the womb.
Jen, mom to Danika 6, and twins Owen & Rhys 3 (how did that happen!?!)
They are not opposites. They both are good-natured and sleep through the night. Kiefer is more physically active, while Cameron is more of a thinker. They both depend on each other for certain fun, and are sometimes interested in different things. Most of the time, they like the same stuff. They both love their cuddles and surprise games. They both love being tossed about and swung around. Though when it comes to bedtime, Cameron needs a bit more snuggles than Kiefer. Kiefer just like being put in to bed. If he does wake up in the middle of the night, he then likes being snuggled and even sung to like Cameron likes.
They do, however, look very different from each other. So there's a difference
Eliza - Wife to husband, Jason. Mother to twin boys, Cameron and Kiefer (6-24-08)
looks like they're id---but very different personalities-Arthur is the eater, if you don't feed him within 5 mins of him starting to be hungry, look out! Arthur is also the sleeper, asleep on his own very quickly. Theo is always 7-8 ounces smaller, he's more calm and sedate-looks around more, gives me about 20 mins of hungry time before squawking a little. Oddly enough, Theo was the needier baby in the NICU, harder time feeding, NG in much longer, always smaller, needing to be held all the time--totally different baby now.
Well mine are identical and they are completely different. One will be really loving and the other one is really agressive not in a bad way but just more loud and boustris . But the wierd thing with them is about every 6 months they will swirch personalities. Right now sammy (twin A) is a little lover and Danny (twin B) is loud and funny. Also what goes along with it is the lovey dovey one will be the one that has night terrors. And he is the one having them rifght now.
Different personalities, similar tastes. They both like the same things, the same shows, the same foods. They both like being cuddled and rocked. Isabella is more physically agressive but she is also more sensitive. She gets angry easier. Alyssa is gentler more passive, but she is more mobile and rolls both ways all around my living room! Alyssa babbles more, but is quieter. Bella barely babbles but squeals more. lol. They are so different, but so a like!
Big Thank you to AlexKatieAiden Mommy for my beautiful Siggy!!
Hurricane is impatient and a screamer and has me up every 1.5 hrs to 2 hours. Eclipse is so patient and rarely ever cries, sleeps all night.
My mom says thats what I get for naming him that.
OK, I'm just a visitor...followed a link to this board, but anyway, I have a son, his middle name is Lightning Jay (yeah two middle names) we call him L.J. cuz I've always wanted to name a kid Lightning, so I just have to say I love the names! Go you!
frats and opposite. i can put emma down wherever and she is content. she falls asleep on her own and can sleep for long periods at night. evan wants to be held, cries alot (may be also due to reflux issues he has), and sleeps shorter periods at night. although they do seem to like to smile and also cluster feed in the evenings.
