I am having a hard time sleeping, everytime I lay down I CAN NOT breathe no matter how I lay, we have a huge chair that reclines but it hurts my back too much to sleep in all night and I am getting no sleep any suggestions???
I used 3 pillows and laid on my side/back. One pillow for my head, one behind my back and one between my knees. I used the one behind my back so I could lean toward it, but not sleep completely on my back. I got rid of the back pillow a while ago, but just needed to bring it back this week since I keep waking up on my back and I'm not comfortable like that.
Thank you peimum for my siggie

I really like the boppy body pillow. It fits between the legs and under the belly for support. My back has really improved since I started sleeping with this. I have had this since about 12 weeks. I just don't sleep with my head on the other part, I just kind of hug that. Amazon.com: Boppy Total Body Pillow with Slipcover, Natural: Baby
