You are only 20 weeks. Oh my ... I laid on my side with a pillow. That is the only way I laid.

I had to lay on my side with a body pillow between my legs. A bunch of pillows to keep my head up.

I have a body pillow but I will try the pillows under my head, I am just so tired and it would be nice to sleep more than 10 mins at a time

I also had about 3 pillows I laid on and then a few under my tummy and between my knees. I guess I made a bed of pillows lol

I used 3 pillows and laid on my side/back. One pillow for my head, one behind my back and one between my knees. I used the one behind my back so I could lean toward it, but not sleep completely on my back. I got rid of the back pillow a while ago, but just needed to bring it back this week since I keep waking up on my back and I'm not comfortable like that.

I really like the boppy body pillow. It fits between the legs and under the belly for support. My back has really improved since I started sleeping with this. I have had this since about 12 weeks. I just don't sleep with my head on the other part, I just kind of hug that.

I never had the problem with breathing, it was more a problem of my pelvis feeling like it was going to crumble. I have no advice at all! Sorry Shawanna!
