I guess Im the only one without a solid schedule. I just kind of give them whatever I think they are wanting/needing.

6:00 AM Eclipse wakes up
11:00 Hurricane wakes up
8:00pm Eclipse goes to bed
1:00-3:00 Hurricane goes to bed

I have them on a good schedule. For 13 1/2 months, here goes.

8:30am-9:30am - boys wake up
9:30am - first bottle (sippy cup sometimes) 7oz of formula
10:15am-10:30am - Breakfast (waffles, instant oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, jarred baby food, etc...)
11:30am-12pm - Two to three hour nap
3pm - 2nd 7oz bottle
3:45pm-4pm - Lunch (hotdog, banana, jarred baby food, etc...)
5pm-5:30pm - One to two hour nap
7:00pm - 3rd 7oz bottle
7:45pm-8pm - Dinner (Hotdog if not served at lunch or at all during the day, pasta, mac 'n cheese, jarred baby food, etc...)
8:30pm - bath (every other day usually, but sometimes every day depending on how messy their dinner gets)
9pm-9:30pm - bedtime

Of course, they don't get all that food at every meal, those are just some of the foods I choose from often and I try out new stuff as I go shopping. They do get snacks and juice during the day between meals and naps.

No schedule. I feed on demand and they sleep when tired.

The boys are 12 weeks adjusted. We follow a demand schedule, but we wake the 2nd twin at night to feed.

8pm-bath and bottles, asleep by 9pm--they can go anywhere from 5-8 hours before their next feed, usually around 7 hours on a predictable basis.
3am-one wakes to feed, the 2nd will wake within 15 mins; back to sleep quickly
7am-same as 3am, wake at 8am and play for 90 mins or so

-they feed every 3-4 hours after that, they're awake approx 90 mins after a feed, then nap in their swings-this continues until their 8pm night routine. I don't care who wakes up first during the night, but we'll wake the 2nd baby and feed it, otherwise I'll be up 6 times a night; mama would be crazy!

This is almost my exact schedule except we only do the 6pm solids feeding. The girls turn 6 months tomorrow and I'm thinking about adding the 8am solids feeding in. Sometimes they wake up at 7:30 instead of 6:30 and everything is about one hour later. Also I usually do bath at 7 and one more bottle at 7:45 too. I keep thinking they are trying to cut back to 4 bottles a day, but they still only take 6oz so I'm not sure that's okay yet. My girls don't nap the same most days so they are usually a 1/2 hour to an hour apart from each other. You are totally right though, it IS exhausting!!
