We had our appt at hanger orthotics fri. He said that they need helmets. The guys was told me that if I went to the website there is a set of twins on it and they look really cute n their matching helmets! lol. He said it would likely take about a month for their insurance to approve/deny them and the scans are only good for two weeks so we have an appt to go back in month for another scan. They also want a physical therapist to look at them. He said that it is easier to get them approved if they have had pt. The pt people have to call me this week. They come out to your house to evaluate them. I was really happy about that. Since they don't have torticollis, they would be educate me on repositioning therapy. Kinda stupid but whatever. He also said they would prob have to wear them about 6 months.

Awww. A&E are famous

I can't wait to see your girls in their helmets. I'd rather a child not have to wear one, but they are really cute in them.

Let me know if you have any questions. Ty a TJ got theirs on Sat and are wearing them more each day. Get ready for stinky, sweaty heads. I wasn't thrilled about the risks of running fevers.

Celry, did your girls ever get fevers?

Nope, no fevers from the helmets. There were a few days in the summer when it was in the high 90's that we took their helmets off to help cool them down if we were outside.
