So I went to the dermatologist at Walter Reed yesterday to get this cyst thing removed. I had it done and then talked to the dr. about all the extra skin and bulging stomach I have from the twins. I had talked to a family practice dr. but he just shrugged it off as me being overweight. I am 5'8" and weigh 174. I don't think that is super skinny, but I also don't think I am obese like he made it sound. Anyway this dr. was nice and is sending a consult in for me to talk to the plastic surgery. I AM SO EXCITED but am so worried I am getting my hopes up. I have to wait the 2 weeks for the consult to get in before I can even make the appointment, but I am praying that they will do the TT for me. I don't want to look better than the old me or like a super model, but I just want to feel like a portion of the old me again. Pray that it goes well ladies. I am so nervous and excited at the same time.

Well it is through the military health care system. They do plastic surgery but sometimes it is hard to get them to agree to it. The rumor is you get one plastic surgery, but I don't know how true that is. Since the hospital is a learning hospital they do them to keep everyone certified from what I understand.

that would be great if you can get it done! I never understood why people wanted plastic surgery until I had the twins. Now I could go for a tummy tuck!

That's awesome! I don't need a full tummy tuck but would love if someone would move my stomach muscles back together.

Hope it works out!! DH told me he would pay for a tummy tuck once our student loans/cars are paid off but I have to lose weight first...
