I had a lot of cramping with DD, but it seems I am getting a tonne with these two. More than with DD. Some days are fine, but today theyve been really bad. I am not bleeding or anything. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else found that they had more cramping with multiples than with their singleton? Ill be 9 weeks tomorrow.

I had a lot of cramping.and most of it was prior to 13 weeks. I always feared the worst. But everything was normal.

Oh my gosh... I would cramp so bad that I would almost pass out. Sometimes after I peed I would almost fall to the floor. I didn't know I was having twins while this was going on so I guess it was related to the twins.

I also had worse cramps with the twins compared to my singleton. I attributed it being my second pregnancy and the rate of growth of the uterus compared to a singleton. Let us know how the u/s goes!
