Fenugreek helps, as well as good oatmeal (preferably stealcut, but not instant), brewers yeast, and good beer (not miller or anything made with rice). Not that you want to be drinking beer all day long, but I did notice a difference in my supply if I had a beer at night. I didn't try fenugreek, but know people who have and it worked for them. There are some herbal drops you can take that is supposed to relax you and help with letdown, but I don't remember what they are called.
I don't have any info on Reglan, but I'm sure you could find a lot if you went to the breastfeeding forum and either asked or did a search on Reglan.

I tried Reglan but, for me, the side effects were too much. It made me really anxious like I wanted to rip my face off, lol but benadryl does the same thing too.
Fenugreek worked well, also a tea called Mothers Milk. The lactation cookies weren't bad but I didn't notice a big difference. I had supply issues around 3mos with the boys and took Domperidone, that worked REALLY well but if your insurance doesn't cover it, it can be expensive ($80/mos)
