We had an u/s yesterday and then an appointment with the OB today. The u/s was great. We had the same tech we have had every time and she is really great to point out things to us (like being able to see all 4 chambers of Noah's heart, or watching Abigail practice her breathing). Noah is still head down and is very low, which makes me VERY happy, since as long as he is head down, I should be able to avoid a c-section. They are estimating him at about 6 lbs, and measuring over a week ahead. His head is what is driving that up though. He is going to have a big head (which my mom tells me he comes by honestly, because all my brothers and sisters and I had big heads at birth). Abigail was measuring right on track at 5 lbs 8 oz and looked almost like she was sitting on her brothers face at the u/s, so she may end up being breech, but the tech was really having a hard time figuring out just how she was positioned (and at the OB appt today he took a quick look on his little machine and it looked like Abigail's head was down next to her brother's again, so who knows). I am not so worried about her position though, it is Baby A (Noah) that has to stay where he is.
At the OB appt today, he checked my cervix and it is still closed tight, my BP and urine are looking great and overall he is really happy with everything. In fact, he had been talking about seeing me weekly after this, but he decided today to have me come back in 2 weeks since everything is so good. I will start weeklies then after my 36 week appt. Wow .. that just boggles my mind, but I won't complain.
