I had my level II u/s today. We found out that both babies are 100% boy, and they both look great! My high risk dr said that they both have big heads, and it's throwing off the measurements and puts us in the "mentionable" risk category for Down Syndrome. We're not stressing about it, because their nuchal folds are great and both DS and DD (especially DS) had big measuring heads too, so according to him it's probably just the big heads that run in our family. Besides, we've gotten to know some amazing DS kids, and if that's what God has chosen for us then that's what will be. There is a 17% difference in their sizes that has them a little concerned. They don't like to see it over 15% so they're going to monitor their growth closely. We're not going to stress over this either, because they told me that DS was going to be 10lbs and he wound up 7lbs 11oz and they told me DD would be 5lbs and she wound up 6lbs 10oz. They are pretty cramped in there already, so my guess is that the measurements are probably a little off. I'm glad they'll be monitoring closely, because it means they're on top of it, and I get to see them more often. Overall, they are perfect, and we are soooo in love!

Great pictures! I wouldn't be too worried either. Like you said, just more reasons to see them. My boy was always measuring farther ahead because of his head size too. My mother said all five of her kids had heads that were too big for newborn caps when we were born, so I figured it just ran in the family
