How helpful is hubby? Does he change diapers?

Does he help with household chores like laundry and dishes? Does he cook (or somehow make sure that you don't have to)?

Do you have someone besides hubby in your life who contributes and helps you out a lot?

Do you have someone in your life you kind of wish was LESS "helpful"?

How helpful is hubby? Does he change diapers? Yes, he changes diapers when he's home.

Does he help with household chores like laundry and dishes? Does he cook (or somehow make sure that you don't have to)? He does the dishes most nights. He rarely cooks, but has been doing more lately when he's around since I haven't been able to stand the smell of cooking food.

Do you have someone besides hubby in your life who contributes and helps you out a lot?
Not really.

Do you have someone in your life you kind of wish was LESS "helpful"? No. A house keeper would be nice. but that'd be more, not less.

How helpful is hubby? Does he change diapers? Does he help with household chores like laundry and dishes? Does he cook (or somehow make sure that you don't have to)? My hubby is a stay at home dad, so he does all the laundry and dishes. He also cooks most nights. I help out occasionally with things, and I usually make food on the weekends, but for the most part he does it all. Our son is potty trained now, but when he was in diapers my DH usually said he was "off duty" if DS pooped at night when I was home.

Do you have someone besides hubby in your life who contributes and helps you out a lot? Nope, we live about an hour from our families so no one just stops by. My parents/sister usually watch DS if we want to go out or need a sitter, but thats about it.

Do you have someone in your life you kind of wish was LESS "helpful"? Thank goodness, no! I have a feeling if we lived closer to my inlaws the answer would be yes. My FIL is constantly finding us "amazing deals" on items at auctions...to everyone else in the world that's code for junk he paid money for! I'm sure if we lived closer their 'help' would be overwhelming.

How helpful is hubby? Does he change diapers? Very helpful. When he isn't working he is always helping out with the kids and no problems changing diapers.

Does he help with household chores like laundry and dishes? Does he cook (or somehow make sure that you don't have to)? He has a few things he does. He will put dishes in dishwasher and unload it. He helps with some of the laundry and will clean other parts of the house when I ask him to. Also he usually cleans the bathroom in our room every week. and also does the trash.

Do you have someone besides hubby in your life who contributes and helps you out a lot? I have a few cousins, aunts, my grandma and my mom that are here whenever I need them to be.

Do you have someone in your life you kind of wish was LESS "helpful"? Not really. The help I ask for is on my terms. My mom would love to help more but she is always offering unwanted advice or to nit-pick my parenting so I really try to avoid asking her for a lot of help because I don't want to hear it.

How helpful is hubby? Does he change diapers? Hubby is super helpful! He changes diapers occasionally; has done so more for the other kids but this time my oldest is able to do more so he doesn't need to do as much in that department. He helps out if he's home at night tons!

Does he help with household chores like laundry and dishes? Does he cook (or somehow make sure that you don't have to)? He does laundry and dishes pretty often. Maybe not always once a week, but probably every other week. He jumps in if it looks like I'm getting behind, or if he needs something (laundry especially) he'll just do it himself instead of asking me. He cooks about twice a week. Thursday is soup night, and he cooks - this at his request.

Do you have someone besides hubby in your life who contributes and helps you out a lot? My 12yo son helps me out a TON! Not sure how well I'd handle things if it weren't for him! I'm sure I could get basics done, but extras like dishes and laundry and meals would fall by the wayside. He's a huge help!

Do you have someone in your life you kind of wish was LESS "helpful"? Not especially or specifically. Most people close enough to us to be annoyingly helpful I guess have enough confidence in me to not be overbearing. There's a couple of moms at church or scouts that seem to want to "help" by intervening or questioning me as to why I don't do x or y and make "helpful" suggestions, but I generally just let it slide. I did get funny-snide with my mom recently.. "UM MOM! I have more kids than you so shush now!" She laughed. Never would I attempt such a funny rebuff were she not in a good mood though.
