Hi ladies,

My name is Lisa (27) and I'm mum to 5 boys: Sean (9), Ryan (7), Evan (6), Owen (4) and Finn (3). I've been married to John (31) since June 9th 2007, but we've been together since I was 17. I'm an American living in the UK, and have been here since I was 8.

As you can guess, I'm pregnant and due July 2012. My due date is the 4th.

This pregnancy was not planned. We were done at 5 children. God had other plans! I had an early ultrasound to determine how far along I was. This was done at 9 weeks where, much to our surprise, they discovered 2 babies, with the possibility of 3. We had to come back 2 weeks later at 11 weeks which confirmed that, yes, there were 3 babies and each had a heartbeat

So we have gone from being done at 5 to gaining 3 extra babies. The pregnancy has been tough, I've been in a wheelchair since 18 weeks.

We decided at 20 weeks that we didn't want to know the sex of our babies. However, my grandfather is very sick and is very likely to pass away before the babies are born. Because of this, we have decided to have a private ultrasound, with my grandfather present (if he is well enough to attend), to find out what we are having. Only he will know what we are having and we will not know. The ultrasound will take place on Monday

I look forward to getting to know you all.

Congrats! I know I was shocked to find out twins, I can't imagine the shock of triplets! How are you feeling ... and how are you keeping up with 5 kids during your pregnancy? Hopefully you are getting good help for all the little things.

Congrats again and welcome!

Exciting! Love the idea of having your grandfather there to find out the sexes. You may not have planned for 3 extra ones, but you will have such a full heart with all those babies!! It is so much fun and lots of work too, but you can definitely do it!! Just rest and take it as easy as you can right now so you can keep those babies baking for as long as possible! I made it to 34 1/2 weeks and had 3 boys weighing 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10 pounds!!! Good luck and PM me if you ever have questions.

i was re-reading your post and was noticing that your boys names are all 4 letters and ending in 'n'. are you planning to keep with that pattern for names?
