I went for blood work (unrelated to my pregnancy) at around 4 weeks and I got a call from my doctor's office saying I had elevated liver enzymes. I have never had a problem with that before, so I asked if it was due to the pregnancy. They told me it could be, but not this early on.
Did any of you ladies have this happen? My mother put the thought in my head that too-early might mean two-babies. lol
A quick Google search doesn't give pregnancy as one of the reasons why this could be happening (Elevated liver enzymes: Causes - MayoClinic.com) but I suppose it is possible! It looks like the elevated enzymes could also be a sign of something serious, so I hope your doc works to find out the cause for you!

(i had searched "elevated liver enzymes and pregnancy")
apparently my doctor had forgotten i was pregnant, or didn't have that in her notes somehow, so there were a few hours in there yesterday where I was waiting for a call back to see if the levels were explained by pregnancy or what.
when I saw the post, everything the girl said applied to me, but the words "13 weeks pregnant with twins" jumped out at me. ...i've had a feeling its twins since day one.
