Hi Ladies!
I'm Rebecca (29) and DH is Chris (31). We currently have an almost 3 year old named Owen, and found out today we are expecting momo twins. I'm a labor and delivery nurse so I understand a lot of what is going on.. but I was wondering if anyone else here had mono mono twins that could help me with what to expect in the upcoming weeks/months! Here's the first pic of the two of them:

Thanks in advance and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better!

Congrats and welcome!! Mine were di/di also, but hopefully there will be someone lurking who can share some experience.

welcome. I am expecting mo/di twin girls. My ultrasound picture looked very similar to yours at that stage and they thought they were mo/mo and it wasnt confirmed that they were mo/di until 21 weeks and again at 23 weeks. hopefully they get you in for another ultrasound in a few weeks and see the membrane, I know how scary the idea of mo/mo can be.

My girls were mono/di too. We thought they were mono mono at first. Sometimes that divider is hard to see in the beginning. A lot of moms are followed super closely to watch for twin to twin transfusion syndrome. You might end up in the hospital for monitoring. Most mono mono tins are delivered early to prevent cord accidents, so you migh have a short NICU stay in your future.

Congrats and welcome

Congrats! My twins a were di/di but there was a lady on another forum who was pregnant with mo/mo twins around the same time. I know at around 6 or 7 months she was admitted to hospital for near constant monitoring. She was one day shy ( I believe ) of their either 32 or 33 week goal. Her twins were obviosuly premi but didn't have any complications and only spent a few weeks in NICU. They are now happy healthy 2 year olds.

Unfortunately at our last ultrasound there was only one baby remaining. Sad to be leaving you ladies, but you really are a great group!
