Congrats on your pregnancy! I think it is fairly common for that to happen early on...like 4-6 weeks. I would think at 9 weeks, a baby should be visible and obvious, and within about a week of the other baby growth-wise. Did they schedule you for a follow-up?

Ditto above. It is very common from what I have heard earlier on, but 9 weeks would surprise me to not have a baby. Was it a real u/s machine (like the kind you actually go to a tech for detailed scans on) or just a smaller older u/s in the OB's office? I know the one in my OB's office wasn't nearly as detailed or easy to see things on. Hopefully they schedule you for another one soon to check on it.
