Hi, I have only posted here once before when I was wondering if we would be having multiples. I am now expecting twins and due this June. I am really excited about these two little ones and have taken to looking for matching outfits etc... I do have a question though, I am four months (entering 5) along and still haven't felt them move. I think maybe I have felt a few little flutters, but nothing consistant or that I am deffinate of. My question is when did others first feel their babies move? I expected to feel them earlier than with a regular pregnancy because there are two taking up space in there, but it hasn't happened yet.
Honestly, I felt my singleton pg sooner then I felt the multiple pg.. I was about 20wks when I was for sure that I was feeling the babies, then it wasn't until I was closer to 28 before I was able tell who was who..
I felt all my kids move at about the same time. I also thought I would feel the twins move sooner, but I didn't. don't think you have anything to worry about. Congratulations on the twins and good luck!
I also felt mine sooner, however that's not to say it's because they were twins. If it isn't your first pregnancy, you become more sensitive to the movements, and can recognize them earlier. At least that's what I've been told.
Thanks for all your stories! I do feel better knowing others have had the same experience. I got to hear their heartbeats at the doctor's office today, which helped too. I have to wait till Feb. 11th to see them on u/s again.
