Hi everyone!

This past week has been a whirlwind. I was pregnant, then I bled, then we thought we m/c, now I'm still pregnant and possibly with twins! LOL! I'm so confused! I hope to be joining you ladies here. I had labs done & my levels are VERY high, so my MW is going with twins for now. We will know for sure in three weeks!

Yay!

Congrats!!! that is EXACTLY what happen to me. At 8 weeks I started spotting.. my doc rushed me in and then sent me to radiogoly for an immediate u/s I had to guzzle down a bunch of water.. u/s confirmed twins. I have heard its very common to spot at 6-10 weeks with twins.

Thanks everyone!!

Does anyone know what their HCG levels were at 8 weeks? I think I'm more of 7 weeks, but my MW wants to go with 8 weeks until an u/s for some reason.

My levels are 31,500 which aren't out of range for a singleton so I'm just curious. I wish I knew if it were twins or not! LOL!

Hooray! & Welcome! Can't wait to hear about your ultrasound results!! I bled a lot too in the beginning of my pgcy, and thought I miscarried only to find out I had quadruplets! The doctor said you sometimes bleed more with multiples.

ETA - my HCG results are in my siggy, but I didn't do one at 8 weeks.

Welcome and best of luck! I don't remember my exact number, but I know it wasn't high - just where it should be for one. Because of how we concieved though our doctor was pretty sure we had multiples - the question for us was how many.
