We use turkey most of the time instead of ground beef. As for veggies, I like to steam my fresh veggies and always get fresh fruits. Also get some low fat salad dressings, and serve salads.. And if he gets the munchies, throughout the day, snack on some fresh veggies.
Does following a low fat diet require us to spend more time at the grocery store or labor longer in the kitchen? Not necessarily. With the right ingredients on hand, it's just as easy (or hard!) to come up with all kinds of tasty low fat recipes.
