I just finished my first day of Insanity! Only 62 more days to go... But who's counting?!? Haha

I did P90x a couple years ago, and loved it. Okay I fib, I had a strong love/hate relationship with it, but loved the results! I figured I would try Insanity, and try NOT to focus on fertility woes!

Anyone else done the Insanity work out before? Love it, hate it, or love to hate it?

I have not done it but I have done P90X and I loved that. Well - like you said....I hated it so much I loved it. LOL

I plan on doing P90X again once I have these babies since I can do it at home. Hopefully then I can get to a crossfit gym. The Insanity workout looks a lot like the Crossfit workouts but I am not sure.

keep it up and by the holidays you'll be a Hottie!

maffetone method is a particular training method for athletes, runners specifically. it's designed to increase your aerobic base. The idea is to keep your heart rate in your target zone the entire time working out and to make sure it doesn't go over the zone at all. You start out having to go really slow(like right now I am doing 18 minute miles, ugh) but after a few weeks of it you can speed up and still keep your heart rate in the target.
