Dr. Suh was born in Korea and raised in North Carolina. She attended Smith College in Massachusetts where she graduated magna cum laude in biochemistry. She graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and then completed her residency in pediatrics at New York University Medical Center. She obtained a basic science research grant from the American Heart Association where her work was carried out at Rockefeller University/Cornell Medical Center. Her pediatric cardiology fellowship was performed at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia/University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Performing and completing post-graduate training in Interventional, she remained at the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia as their Assistant Professor of Pediatrics.
Dr. Suh moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1996. Her work focuses primarily on invasive cardiology, but also includes sophisticated cardiac catheterizations, which may eliminate the need for open-heart surgery in children. She is also very involved with PCA's pacemaker service.[/b]
