So we had our cardiology appt. today. She has an innocent or functional murmur and a pinhole size VSD by echo. Her valves look good and are functioning properly. All vessels leading into and out of the heart look great, and no reason to restrict activity or change anything. If we choose, we can go back in 2-3 years to make sure that the pinhole VSD is closed on the echo, but it is so small that her doc couldn't hear it on her exam.
