Whoohoo: Finally an answer as to why I'm so tired all the time. My Vitamin D level is very very low. I spend hours a day in the sun and yet its at 16! Normal is above 50, but preferably above 75! That was the lowest my dr has ever seen. He also said that that is probably the reason I'm struggling with my weight. I have no muscle energy and am probably not absorbing enough calcium either.
