Do you get the blues, or cabin fever, if you have to wait a long time between trips?

How does it manifest itself?

I do. I can't stay more than a few days with going crazy.

YES!! I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I'm stuck inside this house everyday. Oh, and the fact that I live in a crappy town.

I get this. I hate it. The first week or two back from a trip is the worst. I'm just generally annoyed and will look at my trip pictures a thousand times and think to myself "This time last week I was _______ on vacation."

YES. I get it bad. I get a travel itch. Usually when it gets TOO bad, I attempt to plan a day trip to NYC or something. Not a huge trip, but it's my favorite city in the world.. so it helps me.

I wish I could travel all.the.time.

When I start getting the travel blues, I start planning my next trip, where I want to go, what I want to do etc. that helps until it's time to start packing.

I do that too, or I read a travel book, or go on a full day trip, which all usually helps. I do get fed up when I haven't been away in a while, get sick of the same four walls, though it's not so bad now I work part-time because at least the four walls at home have more to do inside of them than the four walls of the office!

I deffo get cabin fever in the winter. I get really fed up.

Not too bad b/c we do travel relatively often. We've gotten in 2 trips already this year and 3 more in the works.

I don't know. It's the rain that annoys me in the winter, and the wind. At least when it snows it's fun to go out and play in the snow in the garden or the park. And I don't mind going out in the cold because you can get bundled up and stop off at a cafe for hot chocolate on the way home or something. But rain and wind are always miserable.
