I was trying to look for a trip to Disney and I have a question I couldnt find the anwser to. If I want to buy the 6 day or 10 day tickets do I need to add park hopper to be able to go to the different parks each of the days? Or is park hopper only if you want to go to more than one place in the same day?

You'll want a park hopper only if you plan on visiting 2 or more parks in the same day.

Otherwise each day of your ticket will be good for 1 park - whichever park you choose is up to you and you leave and come back to that 1 park as many times as you want that day.

When were you guys thinking about going?

Im not shure when we might go. Im just in the pricing stage right now. This will be something I have to plan to death to make shure we dont over spend. From the few thing I have looked at so far you could spend a ton at Disney!

It really is super expensive! If you can time it to coincide with free dining (usually in September and October every year), the yearly military deal (ends 8/31/10 this year) or the first 2 weeks of December (parks are empty, decorated for Christmas and room/ticket packages are a bargain) then you can usually do pretty good with the budget. If you have any questions about the cost of things or anything you might be nickel and dimed to death about or anything, just let me know. I just read the 2010 Unofficial Guide to Disney World 2 months ago and it's still pretty fresh in my head!

Ooh, I need to check prices for the first 2 weeks in December. As long as we go after the 1st weekend (last shotgun deer season), we're good! I love that my vacations have to revolve around hunting season.

It'll be empty through about December 17. After that, the crowd levels get INSANE. We were going to go on a cruise the first week of December, but my in-laws have already ruined that for us. *sigh* When will we ever get to do anything fun for our anniversary. Sure, we went to Branson last year and while it was fun, we were also in a theme park in 35 degree weather.

I'm going to talk to DH about going in December. I'm sure he'll say no, but it's worth a shot.
