I just saw that theres someone on here that lives in Italy... so she might be able to give me some GOOD places to go see there and good tips anyone else been to either of those places and have good tips or just places that are a MUST SEE? thanks in advance... we prob. wont be going for another year or so... but I just like taking my mind off of ttc... and all the possiblities out there...
Hi! Welcome to traveling mommies! I do live in Italy and I love it. I haven't traveled much away from where we live to touristy areas but we do go North into the mountains a lot. They are beautiful and I am obsessed. I have been to Venice a few times and it is really awesome. If you have any specific questions, let me know.
When DH gets back from Afghanistan, we are planning to do the touristy places like: Rome, Florence, Pisa, and Milan. I will post pics when we finish seeing those areas.
Looking forward to getting to know you.

Thanks! He should be home by Thanksgiving. I can't wait. Its been a long year and I am so ready for it to be over.
Mostly, you can do most places in one day. Venice one day, Rome one day, Florence/Pisa one day and then there are places like castles and the mountains that are not the popular tourist areas but are my favorites. How long are you guys planning on coming out for? I would say you could easily do a 10 day vacation here, along with Paris and feel like you were able to do everything. Plus relaxing and shopping
