DH and I have been talking about doing a date night to destress some. I totally expected a local restaurant and then something simple and cheap/free afterwards. Nope! DH came home yesterday and surprised me.

Our "date night" has turned into a "date day" on the 30th. We're making the trek to D.C. (A one hour drive followed by another hour on the train.) We're then going to a nice Greek restaurant for lunch. (We've both been wanting some good Greek food again but D.C. is the closest restaurant.) After lunch, we'll entertain ourselves for a bit in museums or at the monuments. THEN, we're going to a club that will be hosting a free stand-up comedy show before heading home.

Sounds like fun! That's so cool that your honey planned all that out. Im a huge fan of Greek food too.
