Hi I'm Calebsmum
Brand new to justmommies. Mum to 8 children, 5 homegrown (1 in heaven) and 3 adopted.
Normally live in the UK, currently working as a volumteer in Mozambique.
I've just got a brand new kangaroo care T-shirt and am introducing kangaroo care in the baby orphanage where I work - but after the first couple of days, I've got a bright red rash between my breasts. It's not itchy so I don't think it's prickly heat - I'm wondering if it's dribble rash caused by the baby's saliva - but has this happened to anyone else doing kangaroo care?

Hello there, welcome and what a noble thing you're doing.

I'd suggest to ask about kangaroo care at the Attachment Parenting board, at a guess, it's not something I'm familiar with.
