Merry Christmas everyone!
I have joined this site in hopes of getting some much needed advice when it comes to successfully managing a blended family. I am 43 and have a 10 year old daughter. I have raised her on my own since she was 4. Two years ago I met someone special and have grown into a wonderful family.
Now his ex who up untill this time has really had nothing to do with him has decided his daughter (age 9) needs to spend time with her father. and sent her to live here for a year.
My concern is that my daughter is very gentle and easygoing while his is more abrupt and head strong, there is already dominance issues , please any advice would help,
