Hello,

I am 33. Never been pregnant. I started out with a failed IVF cycle. I am currently on my 3rd IUI cycle. I started out with IVF due to low ovarian reserve. The dr recommended IVF and told me to look forward to early menopause. I'll try and list everything I've been on in hopes someone has advice for me.

October 2012 1st IVF:
450 Gonal F
75 Lupron
4 vials of Menopur
Estrace to thicken my uterine lining (worked great!)
Then:
1 trigger shot
Ended up with 3 follicles but only 2 fertilized. Out of the 2, both fertilized abnormally.

Next:
1st IUI cycle (November 2012)
First 3-4 days I was on 375IU Follistem. Not producing results so RE increased to 450.
Ended up with 3 follies
2 inseminations.
BFN

2nd IUI (December 2012)
450IU Follistem
2 follicles
Premature ovulation. Never made it to insemination.

3rd IUI (January 2013)
450 Follistem
Initial check showed 6 follicles on left ovary, 3 on right.
Day 6 check showed only 3 follicles accepted medication and were growing.
Not very optimistic about this cycle.

Not really sure what else to do.

I don't have any answers to your questions, but I can point you to some very helpful ladies in the TTC forum. This section doesn't get much activity, but there are a lot of ladies with a lot of advice over in TTC. Best of luck to you
