My name is Erin and I am 23. My husband is 28 and neither of us have any known fertility issues. After an unexpected BC recall last Jan. and my bodies lack of response to a new BC I had a late period/ faintly positive preg. test in March. I then had a heavy period (my assumption that is was a very early miscarriage). Mid- April I again had an issue of late period and tested. We had a BFP and our little surprise Skylar June was born 12-10-12 at 39 weeks. I had a terrible pregnancy and was told that I have chronic kidney disease after 20 days in the hospital and 2 bouts of preterm labor. Now that my health issues are under control we are trying again. I went off the mini pill at the beginning of this cycle and am in the midst of the 2 week wait as I am (supposedly, as I JUST started TTC) 1 dpo. Here is to enjoying staying home with my daughter and hoping for a very happy, healthy 2nd pregnancy.
Welcome! Congrats on your little one, and good luck with trying to conceive! If you haven't already, you should check out the TTC board. There is also a board for closely spaced siblings...I don't know how active it is, but it might be of interest to you. Make yourself at home!
