So I am new to this website and looking for a little insight into LH surges. So, up until recently, my LH surges, OPK last 24-36 hours and then the OPK become negative. According to my ovulation calendar I was scheduled to ovulate on Sunday, Sept 29. I started doing OPK on Friday, the 27th. Friday's test was negative, but was positive on Saturday and Sunday. YAY! I tested again Sunday night just to make sure everything was going ok and it was, the OPK was positive again! I tested Monday morning and night, and still positive. The line was the same color and a little darker than the control line. I tested again Tuesday Morning and night still positive. I tested today, Wed, and the test line was just slightly lighter than the control line. This has never happened to me before, so I am not sure if I need to be worried or not.
Prior to this I have done blood tests and my hormone level are normal (FSH, and Prog). I am ovulating as normal and I am not premenapause. I also do not have PCOS (SP?).
Anyone have any thoughts as to what could be happening or have gone through this? Is this normal?
