Hello, I just recently found out I'm pregnant. They don't know how far along I am, all they could tell me is my hcg quantative is 13458. Twins is a possibility according to this guy I barely know, so having such a high hcg starting out, it freaks me out quite a bit. I am also type 1 diabetic and my last a1c (if you know what that is) was a 13.1. Anyone thinking about even getting pregnant with in 2 years of good control of your diabetes before getting pregnant. A regular a1c is 5.9 - 7. I'm afraid everytime I use the restroom I'm going to miscarry. I dont want that. I have always dreamed of being a mom, that's all I have ever wanted, but I don't have a serious bf, I dont have family that live near by, I am only 24. I'm scared. And wish I had someone to relate to...thats why I'm here. I quit smoking, drinking, no caffeine, artificial sweeteners. I'm a coffee lover so had to give that up. I feel like I am loosing it somedays...any advise?

First of all, welcome!! All of those things you are feeling are quite normal. The best advice i can give is just to relax and enjoy your pregnancy
