Now, my DF did a lot of research on the web about vitamins and sperm count and he has been taking for 2+ months now a bunch of stuff and we did prove by a second S/A that it helped his Motility and Morphology quite a bit. (Motility went from 14 to 50 and morphology from 1 to 6) His urologist also told us that FERTILAID most definetly helps with viability numbers so that should be taken.
2 things that should be drinked (drank...lol): Pomogranate juice (once per day) and Green Tea (2-3 cups per day)
FertilAID for Men - 3 times per day
Daily MALE multivitamin
Omega 3-6-9 - 3 times per day
Saw Palmento - 2 times a day
L-Arginine - 2 times per day
Co-Q10 - 1 time per day
B12 - 1 time per day (alone with no other pills)
Garlic - Once per day
Figs supposedly help increase volume, so you can try that if you have a volume issue!

L-Arginine (1,000mg)--Amino acid found in the head of sperm. Increase sperm count and quality
Zinc (50mg)--Prevents DNA damage. Increase sperm count.
Vitamin C (1,000mg)--Prevents DNA damage. Enhances sperm quality and motility.
Super 100 B-complex (100mg B-6, 100mcg B-12, 400mcg Folic Acid)--Improve sperm counts
Selenium (200mcg)--Sperm formation and motility. Prevents chromosome breakage.
Vitamin E (800IU)--More fertile sperm
Fish Oils (1,000mg)--Improve sperm quality, count and motility
Ginseng (200mg)--increase testosterone and sperm count
Saw Palmetto (320mg)--male urinary health (lots of midnight woodies with this stuff, lol)
Coenzyme Q-10 & L-Carnitine (100mg/200mg)--Increase sperm count and motility
