I don't do the temp thing or charting. I just start having sex a week before im supposed to O and I usually have sore breast and a little cramp, and I know the CM. So I was wondering if I should chart?
I believe charting is a good idea especially if you are truly unsure as to when you chart. Also if you can get a copy of 'Taking Charge Of Your Fertility' by Toni Weschler. This book has truly opened my eyes about ttc and timing and such.
I also noted in another thread that you are concerned that you may have an issue of concern since all the work done on you is blood work? I would encourage you to see a RE or see if your health practitioner can get some tests run on you. CD3 bloodwork to check your hormone levels, HSG to check your uterus and tubes and CD21 or 7dpo blood work.

Charting is a great way to know your body and ovulation & LP. It also helps the dr. when you go see them with fertility issues. You can prove to them if you have/have not been ovulating, and can show you have been really trying to get pg. but its just not happening. Fertilityfriend is a great option, and if you are unsure about how to go about it, they have a free charting course that takes you step by step and explains everything you need to know to chart. Good Luck & Happy Charting!
