TTC is hard as we all well know. Often times we don't have anyone else to talk to besides each other, because our family and friends in real life either don't know what's going on, don't care, or can't understand. More often than not we are given more disappointments than triumphs when struggling to conceive. So this thread is for posting hopes, promises, & uplifting thoughts. I'm going to post at least one a day, and you are welcome to post some yourself. Everyone who visits our board, either to join us, or to encourage us, will know that we are not giving up!
This is what the Lord says to you: "Do not be afraid or discouraged...For the battle is not yours, but God's" --- 2 Chronicles 20:15

I am promising myself to always strive to be a whole person and not base my whole self-image on any one aspect of my life; to remember that I am more than my job, a wife, or someday a mother, and find joy in one part if it is missing from another.

Someone sent this to me a few months ago when my second IUI failed. I thought it was perfect.
Let Go, Let God
I let go of all concern and trust God for the perfect outcome.
Awaiting the outcome of a situation can challenge my peace of mind,
but only if I let it. I choose not to let it.
Looking to God in prayer, I call upon my vital source of inner
strength. I deepen my spiritual understanding and gain greater insight
and patience. During my prayer time, I release any concerns and
preconceived ideas about how the situation will unfold. I am ready for
great results.
My faith in God helps me replace any negative perception with a
positive outlook. With renewed strength, I relax into a realization of
God's presence and let events develop according to divine timing.
Through greater strength and deeper faith, I trust God for the right
resolution and the perfect outcome.
"What is my strength, that I should wait? And what is my end, that I
should be patient?"--Job 6:11

That is a wonderful sentiment, & is perfect.
The revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay. ---Habakkuk 2:3

You're welcome Juli
