I think anyone who has hurt a child does not deserve to have them.. so I would make a law that would automaticly terminate the parental rights.

Right now they still have them and they have to go to court and all... waste of $$..

Outlaw all abortions, unless it is absolutely necessary to prevent the death of the mother.
