Depends on who the target of my anger is - if it's DH, I yell and scream. If it's someone else in my family, I give them the silent treatment (real mature, I know). If it's someone at work, I bite my tongue and walk away. It it's me that I'm mad at, I cry.

the most famous incident was when my ex made me mad. I was sitting in front of the DVD cabinet and I just kept crying,screaming and chucking DVDs at him (we had over 200 dvds) he was diving behind furniture and yelling "you're a freaking crazy #####"
