Ok, so I really, really, really thought I had O'd Friday. All the signs were there: temp drop, then temp rise, fertile CM. Woo hoo! Right? Well...Here's the issue today. My right ovary feels like it is absolutely going to just pop! And now my uterus is cramping like crazy. Earlier I went to the restroom, and when I wiped, there was blood. TMI warning. I don't mean a slight pinking that you might get from Oing. And not the nasty brown stuff either. this was bright red, and it had tiny clots in it. What the heck is that? Did I not O on Friday? Because if I didn't, then I missed a wonderful fertile day yesterday. Anybody with any insight?

Hmmm. You have me stumped Brandi. My first thought was that you might have o'd twice this month if you had a good follie on each side, but I just googled that and apparently it's not possible . Maybe your body was getting ready to o on Friday, but it got delayed for some reason - I know that can happen. Do you have a history of cysts? It also sounds like one could have burst which would explain the cramping and the bleeding. I agree with you - bright red bleeding with clots doesn't sound like o bleeding.

Heck, I'm confused too! lol I don't have a history of cysts, so there is no telling what really went on. I think our bodies just like to do random things to keep us guessing.

Our bodies do like to drive us bonkers. Last month I spotted around O time which I've never done before and it was bright red (but no clots). I also get very sharp pains in my ovary areas and alot of cramping. I haven't had a cyst burst (that I'm aware of) so I don't know about those.

Good luck & I hope your body stops confusing you!
