Good luck. I don't know how SAs work but I *do* know it's very confusing to determine whether you have zero, one, a few, or thousands of sperm. Ours never came with a number but they eventually determined there were some sperm. Not enough to do IVF without the biopsy as a back up, but more than what the initial SA showed for sure. We ended up not even needing biopsy sperm on retrieval day

It really is a crapshoot to a certain extent.
The urine test is to check for retrograde ejaculation btw. It's a common cause of zero/near-zero sperm conditions and I believe pretty easy to fix.
