Amen Heather! I taught with this girl 2 years ago. She was a first year teacher. We taught in a predominantly black middle school, and she was a pale blonde, so she already stuck out, lol. Well, she thought it was appropriate to wear leggings and a shirt that didn't quite cover her butt! I could see the bottom of her butt cheeks! Thank goodness she was made to change! But she sure whined about it! She was sent home to change 2-3 times. ugh

David and I saw this lady at Pizza Hut. From a distance she looked like a lady in her 40's-50's dressed in a black business suit. Well, she was but....OVER the pants she had on a flourescent pink bikini bottom, and under the jacket, all she had on was the matching pink string bikini top, and it barely covered her nipples!! She had to have been from the crazy house!

as for leggings they are great under skirts or a long tunic style top..not with short tops EW EW EW
