There were a few of us that said we wanted to lose some weight this month, so I figured we could have a post were we could post to encourage ourselfs to meet this months goal.
No pressure here, just for support.
My goal this month is at least 5 pounds but would really love 10.

I"m shooting for 5 or more (about a pound a week)... hopefully more, lol.
If anyone is interested, weighttracker.com is pretty helpful to me. It's nothing fance, but it's a place to keep track of weigh-ins and measurements, if you want to.
I tend to lose whatever notebook I start writing it all in... so the web seemed safer, lol.

My goal is 5 lbs. this month (I had lost them, but then gained them back while we were moving and eating out all the time since the kitchen was packed up ). So far, all I've done towards my goal is unpack the kitchen and actually start cooking again! Also, I get a box of organic produce every 2 weeks from a CSA, so I'm making it a goal to actually use and eat all those fruits and veggies.

Great job Esmy!!! It's been hard with my allergies lately, but I'm trying to get back to walking each day at lunchtime and then I drag DH out each evening to. I usually try to get in 40 minutes @ lunch 4-5 days, plus 20-30 minute walks in evening with DH 3-4 evenings. Weekends is constant exercise with laundry, housework, yardwork, etc.
How's everyone else doing?

The past couple of days I haven't got a lot in, simply because we were traveling, and I've had the worst headache for 3 days now. Hopefully it will go away and stay away and I can get some walking in

Ok... so I m a little slow on the uptake sometimes..... but with my 40th yesterday I woke up today thinkin... right... no more excuses get of your butt.
So I grabbed the "biggest looser cook book" and went through marking recipees.... then wrote up a shopping list (OMG the amount of fruit and vegies) then went to the Gym and did the RPM cycle class for an hour and then into the sauna and water thing...LMAO... tell I m an expert.........
Then had healthy food all day.....
So...Ive officially started..... maybe I should add a weight loss ticker to my siggy....
hmmmm dont think I have enough room left on it....ROFL

I'm not doing that great with it lately. AF threw me for a loop, and for some reason, for the past 2 weeks, I have been sooooo sleepy and exhausted feeling.

I hate scales, so for me I won't be giving pounds of weight lost. I've been increasing my activity, taking the stairs more, and dragging my co-worker during the day & DH out at night to walk with me. It feels great!!! and my pants do seem to be getting looser to. yay!!!
How about everyone else??

I don't keep a scale in my house, because I would obsess over it. I hopped on at my mom's this weekend, though, and I lost three lbs the last two weeks!! 21 total since I started!

Great job, Esmy!!!! When did you last weigh? Did you lose 18 in this month??
I got on a scale yesterday, dreading it as always, and was so thrilled to see that it was lower for me to. I was 7 pounds lower then it was last time I was weighed (which was in April). I was very bloated over the weekend with AF, so I may have lost even more then that.
So, how did everyone else do???
