Please help us!!!

My DH and I are looking for a good urologist who specializes in Male Infertility Surgery in the Tri-State area of Delaware, Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. My DH needs some very delicate surgery done, ASAP. We need to feel confident in our doctor before we proceed.
Please if you have any recommendations, I would really appreciate it.

Hiya-

I'm from North Jersey, and the Doctor my husband sees is Dr. Seaman (yes, really). He didn't actually do surgery in our case, but I would assume that he does, and he was very knowledgeable and personable. If he doesn't, though, I'm sure someone in his practice does (it's a HUGE practice, like, 10 docs or so). I don't know if that's too far for you to travel, but I'm givin' ya what I got, haha.

The practice is called New Jersey Associates in Urology (or all those words in combination in another order, sorry, lol, all those dang places sound the same), and it's on Northfield Ave. in West Orange NJ. (973) 325 6100 njurology.com

I'm down here in Maryland, so unfortunately don't know any urologists in the tri-state area you're looking in. Have you googled urologists? We were referred to ours from the RE's office. I also have researched doctors via my insurance company's website.

Hello Girls!!! Thank you so much for your responses.
Well, West Orange is probably too far. We currently have a urologist who is supposed to be well-recommended, both by my RE and by another urologist. But he just says and does things that make me think he is either absent-minded or has way too many patients. These are qualities I don't want in someone who will be doing transurethral prostate surgery on my DH. I think we may try Dr. Hirsch in Philadelphia, I did find him after Googling some medical articles, so he has "written the book" on this particular surgery. I just wish I could hear from other patients of these specific doctors, even about the current Urologist.
