Hi Girls,

DF did his second SA and the results come better with some encouraging results

His first lot was:

Conc 15.4 million
Volume 3.2
29% excellent
10% sluggish
61% immobile
7% normally morphology

The second results, we couldn't get a print of because the docs printer wasn't working. But, from what i recall:

She said something was up from 14 million to 17 million. I thought it was conc per ml, but that was 15.4 on the first one

BUT motility had jumped from 29% to 43%. 10% were still sluggish and morphology was still 7%. But, can't believe there was an increase of 14% excellent in just a month! I know results can vary greatly, but it's given us a real boost and some hope that maybe, just maybe we'll get lucky without having to get the IVF with ICSI.

I have to hand it to DF though, he stopped drinking and smoking. Stopped taking hot baths and started taking a variety of vitamins and minerals supposed give them a helping hand.. Whatever he's doing, it seems to be working.

We're at the hospital for our consultant appointment on the 12th Aug, so fingers crossed, it's all onwards and upwards from here!
